I have 25 years’ experience in the restaurant industry including contract work in Zambia as GM to 4 restaurants (part of the UN Development Programme). My experience includes food preparation procedures, restaurant operations, customer service, day to day running of a restaurant and staff management. I have extensive knowledge of GAAP, POS and Micros. I currently work as a restaurant consultant, with my most recent position being at Forno Italiano on the West Rand as a relief manager, and am looking for more clients in this field.
