I have had the opportunity to develop and implement various software testing solutions and procedures within an on-line marketing firm. I have implemented Quality Assurance and controls with regards to the service delivery as well as the websites and software. I have also worked with most multimedia communication platforms and I am a very quick study. I have had experience with various programming languages and platforms, I am currently working towards completing my Extended Bsc in Computing with Unisa as well as my Microsoft Technology Associate: Developer Certification. I have also had the pleasure of working in various aspects of the IBM Integrated Delivery Centre. I have worked throughout the Service Desk, from the front office of the service desk to the training of service desk agents as well as training development and solution development specifically for the support staff. I also participated in solution design and integration following solutions from conceptualization to realization.
