I’m a highly motivated individual, who loves to learn as I go, I’ve studied Hospitality Management for 3 years, and graduated in April, 2019. I then went on to do my internship as a Restaurant Host and Supervisor at the Hilton hotel, I then went to Victoria Falls and started working as a Junior Restaurant Chef for about 6 months. I also worked for a cruise ship company called, Seabourn Cruises, I completed my contract which was for 4 months then had to come back home in South Africa due to the COVID Pandemic.. over the past year I’ve excelled in the Kitchen and was promoted to Event Manager and Head Chef. My dreams to go back in the ships are still with me.
