As a young and motivated individual, whilst working full time, I completed my BCom Marketing degree in 2011 and also obtained a Management Development qualification through GIBS Business School. Earlier on I acquired a Diploma in Advanced Business Computing and various certificates for short courses prior. This has given me a range of practical capabilities to meet my last job role as Sales Manager from March 2017 till March 2020. Prior to this role I was the Customer Services Manager for +/- 3 years and excelled in operations. One other position of note is that of Marketing and Administration Manager which I hold since 2012. I started in the Occupational Healthcare Industry at the age of 19 as a Receptionist and gained a variety of knowledge and experience to work my way up the corporate ladder which aids me in this position. My responsibilities in this role includes providing face-to-face customer service and assisting telephonically with customer queries allowing me to experience working in a professional and fast-paced work environment. I have a high level of interpersonal skills and naturally engaging personality which is a winning factor with potential and current clients. My motivations include learning new things and the challenge of setting goals and achieving them. I have a proven track record of being able to conceive, develop & execute strategies. My strengths are in management of various projects to ensure full customer satisfaction, brain storming creative ideas for marketing campaigns, co-ordinating and organising wellness days and clinic re-introductions. I work well under pressure and maintain minimal stress levels as I believe there is always a solution to every situation encountered. This could also be attributed to now having over 13 years of experience in the Occupational Healthcare Industry.
