The bulk of my career has been spent as a labour market and socioeconomic researcher and policy analyst in civil society and the public sector. I have participated in several international projects including conferences, study tours, and fact-finding missions. I am also a qualified Master Facilitator and online trainer. In 2020, I founded the research firm, 11 RESEARCHERS, to provide freelance researchers and other services as a research projects implementation partner. I have extensive experience in the planning and implementation of both primary and secondary research (Qualitative and Quantitative) methods. I am adding to my skills profile as a researcher by obtaining a business Data Analysis certificate from University of Cape Town in 2020 and I am currently registered online for a Data Scientist Master Certificate with SimpliLearn (IBM partnered). I can perform large scale mobile and remote data collection using the SurveyToGo Studio for easier and more productive field surveys.
