I am originally from Cape Town whereas I worked for many years in the financial industry. Upon changing careers, I moved to the Northern Cape to start my career change in the Construction of Solar Farms. I believe I can and will add value to the organisation and that my skills, drive and abilities in conjunction with my experience and personality. I am an extremely hard worker, passionate about achieving set results and good in improving & implementing operational systems and procedures making them more efficient. I have a pleasant personality and definitely a people’s person. Able to work in a group and also have the desired discipline to work individually. I have the following skills: • Experience in creating and setting up a digital book for clients on project hand over. • Computer literate and technology proficient. • Ability to communicate to top level management and ground-level staff. • Experience with learning management systems. • Experience with 1T Multi-One forklifts. • Ability to run the operations function of warehouses and daily staff. • Experience with day to day running of warehousing and storage of mobile plant(s). • Knowledge of Health and Safety administration. • Experience in Quality Control administration. • Logistics admin experience re Truck loading and offloading. • HR Site Administration (Basic)
