My name is Chad and I am highly motivated individual, striving for excellence and to develop others in their career paths as well as life journey. I have experiences in both my personal capacity as well as career which has exposed me to many different management styles and different personality. The exposure and experiences I have gained has sharpened me to holistically approach any obstacle and has allowed me to gain the trust wholeheartedly of my staff, peers and superiors. I have a lot of learning to do and I have a ton of goals to achieve, however, the goals I have achieved already and the person that I have become has made me an effective people manager and problem solver. I have come to love customer service wholeheartedly which is not limited to an external customer but is inclusive of the internal customer. I am very flexible with my time and have more than 10 years’ experience within the contact centre environment as well as 4 years leadership experience
