I am Celesté Mapling, a current final year Msc.  Foodscience (Chem) student at Stellenbosch University. My Msc. study is based on investigating hyperspectral imaging as a tool for microbiology and ultimately to ensure food safety. I am very interested to be part of an exciting opportunity to broaden my knowledge in the FMCG industry.
