I am passionate about the subject and have been responsible for all aspects including: Policy and Process formulation and Implementation, Recruitment and Selection, Job and Structural Design, Performance Management, Training and Development, Employee Relations (IR) - inclusive of CCMA and Union experience, Remuneration / Compensation and Benefits; Succession Planning; Talent Management; Employee Engagement; Induction and Orientation Management; HR systems; HR Administration; Payroll - and importantly how to integrate these functions.
