I am the Founder and Managing Director of Ignite Reward Consulting, where I leverage nearly 20 years of extensive global reward and compensation experience. My journey in HR and the Reward sector started with my degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Pretoria. After I got my degree, I spent 14 years in the United Kingdom, holding several reward positions across a number of multinational organizations, mostly focused on Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) but supporting global lines in other countries in partnership with local HR. In 2019 I returned to South Africa where I have been consulting to private sector clients across the country. As a Chartered Reward Specialist accredited by the South African Reward Association (SARA), I bring a wealth of expertise to the table. My commitment to the philosophy that money isn't everything fuels my passion for Total Reward. I firmly believe in the transformative impact it can have on both organizations and employees, and that employers should be looking at what multigenerational workforces are looking for from their employer.
