Further core skills such as project management, change management, assessments comprehension, organisational development and design, recruitment, section 189 retrenchment, and effective solution orientation skills. My previous position held was that of a Project Coordinator, reporting into a Change Lead on a Restructure Project within Absa Group in Wealth, Investment Management and Insurance (WIMI) through Transformation and Change department.
