Working up from an IT Technician to a security specialist, I have worked with several solutions and many clients, and have gained a deep understanding of business processes, procedures and business strategy. The teams I held a senior role in included the Managed Vulnerability team (Team Lead), Managed SIEM team (Team Lead), Global SOC team (Team lead), and NOC team. This involves day to day running of the solutions and execution of the service, case logging and resolution, client liaison, co-ordination and running of feedback sessions and meetings, P1 - P5 Incident management and resolution, and SLA management.
