I am a mature vibrant and intelligent man. I recently graduated with a B Com degree in Human Resource Management with the University of South Africa . I am looking for opportunity to have practical experience on the fundamentals of HR . I understand the hierarchy of authority in a Company or Organisation .This makes me a person who works well within a team .I possess quality ,qualification and strength to perform my duties in an effective and efficient manner. Throughout my work history, l have maintained a good relationship with my employers and my peers because l do not believe in being ego-centric but like sharing ideas and also working as a team.  With my previous employment I learnt leadership skills, working under pressure as well as working with minimum supervision and time management. I have good communication and interpersonal skills and in addition, I have demonstrated capability to understand business ethics and initiatives. I work to achieve my goals and targets, with an attitude to take up any challenge in a work place.
