I have gained vast experience in the following capacities: short term insurance industry in South Africa. As a Claims Specialist I am involved from point of client liaison through to completion ensuring client satisfaction of their claims. My experience as a Claims administrator ranges from training of subordinates, management of clients claims, through the analysis of the said insurance claims identifying areas of where the client could improve their cover to ensure all goods are correctly insured and receive compensation in the cases where a loss is reported. For me it is about exceeding the client’s expectations at all times, being honest and integral in all my dealings. Having a pragmatic approach towards problem solving and thoroughness are key attributes in any line of business. I am passionate, committed and am a team player in whatever I do. Motivation starts within, with this attitude it can only have a positive effect on my fellow colleagues.
