I am currently a qualified accounting technician with a National diploma in accounting obtained at the University of Johannesburg. My major modules include financial accounting, financial management and Auditing. This was a 3 year course, which I finished on record time. I was then offered a six months internship at Resultant Finance (Pty) Ltd in January 2016, Due to my hard work and consistency, I pleased the CEO and I was offered a permanent position as asset and operations officer. I joined Rolfes Colour Pigments (Pty) Ltd in August 2018 as their Debtors Clerk and I performed other duties till I was retrenched. Through my working experience I have learnt how to effectively collect outstanding payment, allocate payments, manage debtors age analysis, prepare fixed assets register, VAT calculations, credit management, process journals, and prepare payment to suppliers. I am computer literate in MS office, Pastel evolution, Partner and Syspro. I use effective debtor’s collection processes and I have sound reconciliation skills. My communication skills are professional both telephonic and written. I am a good problem solver with the ability to work independently or team and handle pressure I am a success-driven, well-mannered individual with high energy and positive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation.
