Greetings I have managed HR Office ranging from the roles of Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development to Labour Relations issue. I have learnt that a well educated employee on BCEA & LRA constitute an individual who's not only protect her/himself but who'll also protect an organisation to end up resolving issues through arbitration at CCMA which is costly. Such employee is able to handle the issue in a fashion that it end up being resolved within the organisation through mediation.
