I, Ayanda Mpume Ngobese, I am an Enrolled Nurse with certificate. I am registered with South African Nursing Council. I did my experimental training with the following hospitals; Clairwood hospital, R.K. Khan hospital and Wentworth hospital. I perform the following duties: contribute a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care to children place in nursery. To give a support to other personnel within the Nursery, to implements the daily routine in the base room. Contribute to a program of activities suitable to age children in the area, in conjution with other staff. Support all staff and engage in good team. Liaising with staff,parent and family members. And attend out of working hours activities, e.g.: training, monthly meeting, parents evening and community awareness. And then November 2018, I joined Academy for Quality Healthcare as Enrolled Nurse Assistant (Lead Recruiter) based in Gwala Clinic to perform the following duties: conduct advocacy, communicate and social mobilization activities aimed to increasing demand for VMMC and ensure quality VMMC services.
