Ayanda was born and raised in Mthatha. She then studied Small Business Management (Diploma) in Water Sisulu University and got her first corporate job at an East London based recruitment agency called Sheldon Recruitment. She started as a Temp Receptionist and became an Internal Resources Consultant where she would deal with Government, technical and artisan placements. During this period (2006 ‐ 2012), she equipped herself with industry knowledge by enrolling at Buffalo Collage for a Human Resource. Diploma as well as taking a Recruitment Consulting exam through APSO. She is the founder of Ngqubisini Solutions (Pty) Ltd, a company that has been operational since 2015 to date. The company's main focus is on recruitment, Skills Development training (Job Readiness), Mentoring as well as the CEO and Founder of Placer App, a screening and placement solution for both candidates and employers.
