I would love to be involved in internal end-to-end HR interventions, project scoping, design, implementation and change management, particularly with a focus on the impact and engagement of employees, within an organisation. Moslty because currently I see the design, development and delivery side of HR interventions, but I very rarely have the opportunity to interact with the lead up to and the implementation of these interventions, as I did in previous positions. I would jump at the opportunity to be able to do what I do best for one organisation - so that I can build institutional knowlede, rapport, relationships and trust internally. To be involved in solution engineering and seeing those solutions being brought to fruition.
