I have experience in coordinating, implementing and monitoring adolescent centred interventions. In 2017, I volunteered my time and expertise at Mpilonhle a non governmental organization in a rural area in KwaZulu-Natal that is mainly funded by Global Fund to implement interventions to promote the development of youth through innovative health and education programs that prevent HIV and promote general health and well-being of adolescents and young people. I worked as a Monitoring and Evaluation officer and my duties included mobilising adolescents both in and out of school to participate in intervention programmes, data capturing, data cleaning, report writing, liaising with other project workers and communicating the programme’s developments to both internal and external audiences
