I have been in die Hospitality industry for 9 years now. I started my own business when I was 24. I had to be in control of menu development, food cost, staff management, admin and sales. For the past 7 years we have grown yearly. The recent Covid19 Pandemic did not cause us to close down, but we are now more profitable then before. I believe that the only way I could have achieved this was I have a strong sense of duty and willingness to work as hard as I can to reach my goals.
