I am a strong individual with 30 plus years experience in the SHEQ field. I have occupied various positions from safety officer to manager in various industries. I have started my career in Spoornet as a safety officer in 1984 and was promoted in 1997 to Assistant Risk Manager. In 2006 I joined Eskom Medupi New Build Power Station project as a Senior SHE Advisor. I spend 4 years on the project from startup to the first wet phase. My last 18 months on the project was as acting S&H Manager. I joined NOSA in 2009 as an SHE auditor in training and was signed of within a years as auditor, lead auditor and then as Senior SHE Lead Auditor. I spend 10 years in total with NOSA before been retrenched. I moved from NOSA to Dark Fibre Africa and joined them on contract from January 2018 until present. During my time spend with NOSA, one of my biggest clients was SAB Muller Group - Africa, Hewlett's Sugar, Sasol, Eskom Generation., Barloworld Logistics and Bokomo. I hold a National Diploma in Public/Environmental Health and have also completed SAMTRAC, Train-the-Trainer, OHSAS18001-Auditors, ISO9001 and 14000.
