I have more than 19years experience in Road Traffic or Traffic Law Enforcement at the Provincial Traffic and currently working for City of Cape Town – Traffic Gordons bay. I am most dedicated, self-motivated, responsible, strategic, innovative, goal orientated, consistent, challenge who can work more efficiently even under stress and pressure conditions. I am thriving for knowledge and am successful in my work as a Senior Traffic Officer. I am in possession of a B-tech Degree in Road Traffic Management: and Municipal Policing. I did regularly Act as a supervisor in the absence of my immediate supervisor po-sition. My centre manager acknowledged my good work and placed me as the shift leader (or supervisor) over the ELITE TEAM (THE BLUE EAGLES) of Worcester Provincial Traffic (from 2008 to 2011). As a shift leader, I handle with reports, conflicts, state policies and timesheets (Duty Roosters). Managing financial cost of equipment, resources and assist with budget planning. On and off booking of officers, deploying officers to their assigned tasks. Work out op-erational plans and checking if it goes as planned. Combined the shifts stats and email it through to the different locations. Managing government transport (check log sheets, trip authorities, etc.). Give guidance and knowledge of National Road Traffic Act, Criminal Procedure Act, and relevant applicable Acts. Attend accident scenes and complete AR (Accident Report) forms or open a Docket for the relevant offence occurred. Going out to schools by educating scholars and assist schools by road safety education. I am very concern about safety and health conditions of the public and sub-ordinance, especially on the roadways.
