Goodday, I am currently unemployed in search of employment. Prior to resignation i work as a Cabin crew member for South African Airways for 10 years. Operating both domestically and internationally. During this period i obtain invaluable experience within the customer care and customer service departments. My role as cabin crew member was not limited as safety officer. Prior to my appointment at South African Airways, I had interned at XL Millennium travel agency under the directive of CEO Linda Benwell for 6 months as a travel consultant assistant, not only did I compile travel and conference itineraries I assisted in the operation of the front desk reception area welcoming walk-in clients, answering and directing incoming calls and emails. Receiving and distributing mail to the relevant departments and ensuring that the reception area was clean and presentable at all times. I had completed my National Diploma at Cape Peninsula University of Technology in December of 2005. I am well organized and energetic. I see myself as reliable and take accountability for my duties and actions. I work well with in a team and can operate on my own. I do not smoke or drink alcohol and have my transportation.
