As Operations Manager at Imperial Logistics, Fast ‘n Fresh, I am the leader of the team that is the logistics business partner to Woolworths Foods. We are responsible for ensuring the Woolworths Foods product is delivered on time and on temperature to their various national centres (Midrand, Pinetown, Namibia and Eastern Cape). I have teams based in Cape Town and Centurion with a remote site in Pinetown. As the Logistics Business partner of Woolworths Foods, we are responsible to ensure that high quality service levels are maintained by enabling Woolworths Foods to ensure availability of product to their customers. I perform well under pressure and ensure objectives and targets are always met.
