I am an entry level biologist with a BSc Biological Sciences degree. I would like to use my knowledge to gain more experience in biological research. I have been educated on biological concepts that include (but are not limited to) evolutionary biology, molecular biology, physiology of animals and plants relative to the environment and the effects of pollution organisms at all biological levels. As well as, genetic engineering of plants and animals. I have also done laboratory/practical work since my first year of study. Practicals have taught me experimental design, computer skills, problem solving, microscopy skills, analysis of samples, statistical analyses of results, and interpretation of these results. I interact well with people. I am articulate and self-sufficient. I have excellent communication and written skills since much of my job entails speaking to consumers and staff in a dignified and confidential manner. I am fully computer literate and tech savvy. I perform given tasks to the best of my knowledge and ability. Creating and keeping deadlines is a skill that I feel is crucial for me so that I can ensure that I meet both large and small goals.
